1-Month Warranty
All BELLOORO products are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of delivery.
If your product experiences any issue due to a manufacturing defect or fault under normal use within this period, we will replace the item free of charge.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
In such cases, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Please note that delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
