✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The size doesn’t fit, and you wish to exchange it (shipping cost for return is covered by the customer).

📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Size exchanges are accepted, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the product was damaged or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
